  • 4 Steps to Moon Pose

    1. Start from sitting

No matter how high your hoop is, get yourself on it so we can start from sitting.
Moon Pose Step 1 -Sitting in the Hoop

    2. Shoulder on the Hoop

Walk your hands down until your shoulder and hoop each other.

It should feel like the shoulder is pushing against the hoop while you are sitting on it.
Moon Pose Step 2 - shoulders on the hoop

    3. Feet on the hoop

Your shoulder should feel stable pressing against the hoop.

I would continue to hold on while bringing my feet up, and stepping them against the hoop until the feet are above the shoulders.

Now it should feel like you are an inside of a coin, locked onto the hoop.

    4. Complete Your Moon Pose

If you are pressing your feet and shoulders right, you should feel stable without holding the hoop.

    đŸ”¥Challenge Yourself:
Press the hoop with your toes instead of your whole feet for a more elegant look.
Be careful to not lip off.
