There were so many aerial tricks I wasn’t ready to do, but this challenge changed everything. I can finally feel my own power!
There are 2 sets of exercises per week, to be repeated in alternation (E.g. Set 1 Mon, Set 2 Tue, Set 1 Wed, Set 2 Thu).
Exercises are progressive, therefore it’s important to stick to the schedule to continue until the very end!
