Inverted Moon pose tutorial is suitable for intermediate aerial hoop dancers.
After you’ve mastered the Moon pose, it’s time to turn it upside down! This tutorial is part of the Inverted Moon Back Bend Splits Flow.
Instructions
1. Start in the Moon Pose
2. Grab the hoop with your right hand.
3. Put your left hand flat out, like a tray.
4. Press on the hoop with your feet and shoulder.
5. Lift your hip and grab the hoop with your left hand.
6. Keep pressing against the hoop with your upper back.
7. Move your hips toward the ceiling.
8. Press your back and feet against the hoop for the Inverted Moon pose.
