13 Apr Aerial Abs Challenge: Join #aerialfam and Build a Strong Core
Hi #aerialfam! Starting today, we will be building a strong and toned core with the Aerial Abs challenge.
Dancing in the air takes a lot of strength. You need a strong core to be able to hold your body in the right positions while dancing. And you can achieve it with just 8-minute workouts two times a week.
What You Will Need
1. 8min every Tue & Sat for 3 weeks
Don’t worry if you have a busy schedule. This challenge will take you less than 1 hour spread over three weeks.
Each workout is only 8 minutes long. We will be doing the challenge every Tuesday and Saturday. You can follow along on YouTube and share your progress and thoughts in the comments. We love hearing from you!
Week 1: Gym rings
Week 2: Aerial Hammock
Workout Schedule
The Aerial Abs Challenge takes only 8 minutes two days a week.
It’s the most fun to do the challenge together, so try to carve the time out if you can. But if this doesn’t work for you, adjust it to fit your schedule.
We strongly believe that any effort is better than no effort. You got this!
