You may notice there are a few common ways for aerialists to install an aerial rig in their home/practice space. A portable aerial rig is a popular and easy solution, but finding the exact rig you need may not be as simple. I have tried a few rigs and here you will find out how you can pick the best portable aerial rig for your need.
Factors To consider
Your need

Your space

1. Your need: Yoga? Dance? Dynamics?
If you want to do intense tricks like dynamics or drops, then you should expect a large budget to look into heavy duty rig. But if all you want is to be able to hang and practice like i do, especially if you are not very advanced, you can be looking at rigs around $1000-$2000usd.
2. Functionality
Some rigs may take 45 minutes to set up, while some can be easily put together in 15 minutes. If you have both indoor and outdoor space, you may want to have a rig that works for both spaces.
3. Your space
Tying to point 1 and 2, I would decide which rig to get based on how much vertical and ground space I have. If I were looking for an indoor rig, Uplift Active has the perfect one for that.
4. Shipping cost
I know UA ships worldwide, but make sure you factor shipping cost into account. I live in Europe so import tax is also a concern for me. That’s why make sure you use my discount code AERIALFAM at check out to save 10% on your total order!
