Six years ago, I was exactly where you might be now – staring up at aerial hammock in a crowded studio, couldn’t even hold on to the fabric, wondering if I’d ever feel graceful in the air. What started as my personal escape from corporate stress became a journey that transformed not just my body, but my entire lifestyle.
Today, after guiding over 50,000 aerialists through their own transformations and creating Europe’s only private aerial sanctuary, I’ve learned that aerial dance isn’t just about the moves – it’s about discovering what you’re truly capable of when given the right guidance and environment.
My Approach to Your Transformation
I’ve trained with renowned aerialists and circus artists worldwide, but I noticed something: many exceptional performers struggle to relate to complete beginners like I once was. They’d trained for years and forgotten what it felt like to be weak and uncertain.
That’s why I created Aerial Practice – to bridge that gap. I understand both the struggle of starting from zero and the journey to strength because I’ve lived it.
