Special edition: Hong Kong✨

Aerial Paradise's third year
— and the first in Asia.

What started in Portugal has grown into a small travelling community of aerialists, joining from Europe, the US, and Asia. This edition adds something new: seeing Hong Kong like a local, with food, shopping, and both sea and mountain right at your hotel’s doorstep.

"Every training day brought something new. Eunice challenged us exactly where we needed it — even with different levels in the room."
— Iana, Ukraine · 2nd year attendee
"Eunice is a highly professional, patient teacher who guides you through challenging moves — and her own physical fitness is astounding."
— Alvis, Hong Kong · 1st year attendee
"My second retreat with Eunice, and this edition did not disappoint — such an intimate small group to learn and play in, across more than one apparatus."
— Oana, Romania · 2nd year attendee

Training in detail

Scared you're not ready?
This is your group!

Wherever you’re at within that skill range, you’ll grow together — training both individual expression and group choreography side by side.

With 12 hours of aerial training across 4 days, you’ll go home with more than a memory: a filmed group performance, a stronger sense of extending your bodyline as movement, and real experience training and performing a choreographed piece on aerial hammock, spinning included.

Fit, honestly

Who this retreat is for
— and who it isn't.

This is for you if
You're excited to learn and perform a group choreography — that's the heart of this retreat
You can invert, stand on the hammock, and wrap and turn
You have a spin and want to refine it — moving with more ease and grace
You're traveling in from outside Hong Kong to join us
This isn't for you if
You've never taken an aerial hammock lesson
You're hoping to deviate from the choreography — we don't add drops or off-script elements
You'd rather train solo than build a group piece
You're Hong Kong–based and want to train with Eunice — DM aerialparadise.retreats on instagram for 2 days intensive info.

If you’d like to explore together as a group, we recommend the early arrival add-on. Arriving Mar 7 instead of Mar 10 gives you three extra nights, three guided sightseeing days, ten dinners together, and airport transfers — so you can rest, settle in, and enjoy Hong Kong before training begins.

    Your coach and organizer

    Eunice Li

Eunice trains across aerial apparatus alongside world-class artists, but aerial hammock is where her heart is — and where she puts her focus into building genuinely great experiences for aerialists who share that love.

Through YouTube, she’s connected with tens of thousands of aerialists worldwide, sharing her training and her approach to movement. Aerial Paradise grew out of that same passion, paired with a love of travel: a way to help people step out of daily stress, into the air, and into real personal growth — for one week at a time.
